Samantha Scicchigno (Staten Island, NY) has been teaching Rally classes since 2013. She has competed successfully at every level of AKC Rally, earning many High Triple and High Combined scores as well as a Rally Championship (RACH), and has shown at AKC Rally Nationals several times with her two mixed breed dogs.

1:30PM to 3:30PM-- BIG DOG Skills & Drills
This workshop is specifically for giant breed teams looking to clean up their AKC Rally performance. Topics will include rear end awareness, tight turns (especially left), dealing with distractions, thoughtful use of cues to prepare dogs for harder signs, and handler skills and strategies. Handlers should be familiar with AKC Rally Intermediate/Advanced at minimum. Experienced handlers with green dogs are welcome! This workshop will not have a heavy focus on running courses but will instead cover the individual pieces that make or break a run, with coursework added as time permits.


Price: $50 Working Spot, $25 Auditing Spot.
