10AM to 12PM Tuff Stuff: Small Sequence Workshop
Handlers will run a selection of several mini courses with signs exclusively from Master, Excellent and Advanced. This workshop is for teams actively competing at the upper levels and looking for mini courses to practice skills. Also great for dogs who have attention or engagement issues or are newer to upper level competition; the multiple chances to set up, work on start line behaviors and reward after a sequence of signs can be very motivating! Trickier signs may be broken down as a part of brief group work. Limit of 8 working spots

A Rally Workshop without a single Rally sign! A workshop for any one at any level who is looking to improve their dog's accuracy, teamwork, or stress level at trials. We will cover things like practicing and proofing ring entry/start line behaviors, working around various distractions, and fading food/remote reinforcement. Signs will not be taught and courses will not be run - the goal is to add to your toolbox to train for best trial performance . Please keep in mind this workshop is designed for one dog per handler and will primarily consist of group work. Limit of 10 working spots

2:30PM to 4:30PM Rally Break-It-Down!
When encountering a multi-step Rally sign, there are two reasons you might lose points: one, because the handler does not know the nuances of the sign (sit or no sit? Front or no front? Pause or no pause?), or two, because as a part of the sign, there is a behavior required that the dog has not yet mastered. This workshop will take a sampling of signs from each level that involve multiple steps. We will break the signs down to 1) improve handler recognition and 2) to teach the dog and proof the individual pieces that comprise the entire Rally exercise. Any level team is welcome - a great move-up for a motivated Novice team, or to perfect what you're already working on! Please keep in mind this workshop is designed for one dog per handler and will primarily consist of group work. Limit of 10 working spots

The 4-Ring Picture
Appropriate for any team looking to train skills in a progressively busier environment. If you've only ever shown at 1-ring trials, but have aspirations for AKC Rally Nationals, the AKC RACH Invitational, or competing at cluster shows or busy breed specialties, come to this workshop and show your dog the actual "picture" of 4 adjacent rings. In many ways a progression of our Skills & Drills workshop, we'll work on ring entries, heeling along ring gates near other dogs, and performing challenging Rally behaviors amidst common distractions at busy shows like spectators, distractions outside the rings, and distractions in the adjacent rings. This is NOT a workshop for Rally coursework, it is an attention, engagement, and distraction workshop where we bring the BUSY to YOU! Limited to 12 working spots
